Joshua Ott was an officer with the Roswell, Georgia Police Department for nearly 11 years. He was certified as a Drug Recognition Expert and a Drug Recognition Expert Instructor. He is also a Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Instructor. He conducted approximately 3000 - 4000 DUI investigations. He has attended The Robert F. Borkenstein Course on Alcohol and Highway Safety: Testing, Research and Litigation course at Indiana University. He also attended the Robert Borkenstein Course: Effects of Drugs on Human Performance and Behavior. He has been trained by NASBLA in BUI detection, and the Seated Battery of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. He now provides case reviews and testimony for DUI and Boating Under the Influence cases.
